Ayurveda - Myth vs. reality


Originally from southern India and Himalayan region, then spread to Egypt, Greece, ancient Rome, Tibet, China, Russia and Japan, Ayurveda is probably the oldest system of health care and maintenance, as practiced in the world, still known by now 5000 years.

In ancient India, people relied predominantly on their exceptional intuitive and exploring the reality manifested through perception capabilities far beyond us, today called paranormal abilities of perception. Since that time people lived even in nature, knowing better healing effects of plants, trees or minerals, they used in the preparation of various remedies, or whip up force of elixirs, harmony and happiness.
